Full-Time Pastoral Staff

Senior Pastor Alan Scott. Pastor Alan Scott has been senior pastor at Trinity since December 1999.  Before becoming senior pastor, he served for 4 1/2 years as executive pastor at Trinity beginning June 1995.  He began his full-time ministry in 1980 at Grand Rapids, MI First Church of the Nazarene as Minister of Education and Youth.  He later served as senior pastor in three Churches of the Nazarene: Johnson, VT; Schenectady, NY; and Nazareth, PA.  Alan received his B.A. in History from Eastern Nazarene College (1977) and his M.Div. from Nazarene Theological Seminary (1980).  He has been an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene since 1984.  Alan and his wife, Beth, were married in December, 1975 and have three adult sons: Ryan, Philip, and Jordan.

Youth Pastor Jana Burnham. Jana was born and raised in the Nazarene Church in Olathe, Kansas, where she was very involved in various church ministries throughout her childhood and teen years.  In High School, Jana felt God’s call on her life to full-time youth ministry which led her to MidAmericaNazarene University where she graduated with a BA in Youth and Family Ministry.  After graduation, she lived in Brazil for 3 months as a volunteer for Mission Corps (formerly Nazarenes In Volunteer Service).  While in Brazil, Jana had the opportunity to get to know Jason through a long distance relationship by email and Skype, leading to an engagement once Jana was back in the US.  A few months after Jason and Jana married, they moved to Colorado to be closer to Jason’s family and it wasn’t long before Trinity was their church home.  Jana has been involved in volunteer youth and college ministry for the past 8 years.  In addition, she has held administrative assistant and event planning positions at MidAmerica Nazarene University, Nazarene Youth International, and Compassion International.  Jana enjoys baking (and then eating it), scrapbooking, reading, playing games, and spending time with Jason and her adorable and talkative 9 month old, Mackenzie.

Part-Time Pastoral Staff

 

Children’s Pastor Kim Davis. Kim has attended Trinity with her family (husband Dave, sons Matt and Chris and daughter Lauren) since 1997.  Kim started her ministry early…as early as the sixth grade where she and her cousin led the children’s church ministry.  Kim graduated college with a degree in Church Music and Performance. Prior to moving to Colorado she was on staff as the Worship Pastor at two churches where she worked with children’s departments. When she moved to Colorado she began teaching full-time and has taught all ages, preschool through high school students as well as a vocal instructor at Nazarene Bible College.  She owns Colorado Music Studios where she has even more opportunities to work with children of all ages.  Working with children has been a constant in her life and she feels strongly that children need the influence of Christ-like adults in their lives.  Her heart is to follow the direction of the Holy Spirit as she loves and nurture both the children in our church and the children in our community.

Assistant Pastor Denny Hage. Pastor Denny Hage is Director of Senior Adult Ministries called Prime Timers, assists with follow up on all first time visitors, and visits in the hospitals, nursing homes & assisted care facilities weekly. He is 71 years of age, been in Ministry either part time or full time for over 40 years, is Ordained, taught 24 years in public high school and was for 20 years a professor at Nazarene Bible College. He is an avid outdoorsman including camping, fishing, hunting, riding ATVs and Dirt Bikes, is the Founder and President of the Colorado Springs 4 Wheelers Club for Jeeps and other 4WD Vehicles, and recently accomplished the successful climbing to the Summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa.

Full-Time Support Staff
Loudelle Stanfield, Business Administrator. Loudelle Stanfield was born and grew up in a small town in south central Kansas.  She graduated from Wichita State University with a BA in Business Education, and taught for 2 years in Wichita prior to her marriage to Ted Stanfield.  They lived for a time in Auburn,Washington, before relocating to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1971.  They have made Trinity their church home for 39 years, and she has been employed as Business Administrator since 1989.  Loudelle and Ted have two grown children: daughter, Jodi, and family who live in Colorado Springs, and son, Chris and family of Chandler, Oklahoma.  Her hobbies are reading, music, and counted cross stitch…and spending time with her grandkids!!

Administrative Assistant Josh Peters. Josh has been the Administrative Assistant at Trinity since September 2012. He is a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University with a degree in mass communications. Josh currently teaches the Senior High Sunday School class at Trinity and is Director of a Reasonable Faith chapter in Colorado Springs. He enjoys studying Christian Apologetics in his spare time.
