Cornerstone

Meets in Room 14 – Rotating Teachers

This warm-hearted class of members ranging from younger to older adults engage each Sunday in open and lively discussion around God’s Word.  Led by stimulating and challenging teachers on a rotating basis, we follow the WORDaction curriculum published by our denomination.  This quarter we will peruse the life and preaching of the prophet Jeremiah including his book of Lamentations.  This most human of all the Old Testaments prophets and at the same time most Christ-like gives us a glimpse into the heart and soul of one who had the thankless task of preaching to a people not unlike many in both the church and in our world today.

New Beginnings

Meets in the Verbeck Room (Room 31) – Carlton McKay, Teacher
This class is especially geared to facilitate in-class discussion. Our discussion is usually centered around a specific book or topic. We regularly have class functions that allow all to interact and get to know one another.  We are devoting the entire first Sunday of each month to prayer. This class is also very involved in the missions vision of the Church and usually is well-represented in all Work and Witness endeavors.   We gladly welcome all to come and join with us!
